11.9.09: Shoretel Wins Nemertes Report for 6th Year in a Row

Everyone who is a member of the ShoreTel team already knows that our extreme focus on CUSTOMER SATISFACTION has earned ShoreTel a large group of raving fan customers.  Most of us are also familiar with Nemertes and know that it is an independent research firm that surveys businesses to measure customer satisfaction across a number of criteria.

 

NEMERTES RECENTLY RELEASED THE RESULTS OF THEIR 2009 SURVEY AND FOR THE 6TH YEAR IN A ROW SHORETEL SCORED HIGHEST IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN EVERY CATEGORY AGAINST EVERY COMPETITOR!!!

 

This is a tremendous achievement for our company - a true testament to our outstanding passion for customer satisfaction, lowest total cost of ownership and focus on brilliantly simple solutions.  We all have good reason to be proud!

07.16.09: Better Business Bureau Case Study

It is official - ShoreTel asked us to do a case study on our customer, Better Business Bureau. We were able to save them money each month, integrate several sites and help increase their productivity - I would say it was a win for all. We will be posting it to our site soon so check back - also will be on the ShoreTel site!

05.27.09: We are using ShoreTel IM now!

Very cool…we are finally up and running on our ShoreTel conference center using features like IM and web conferencing. Since we all work from different places (homes, cars, customers sites and sometimes the office) it is such an easy way to ask a colleague a quick question that doesn’t warrant an email or phone call. OR if they are on a phone call and you need their attention - they can see the IM pop right up in their call manager.
